2024 Results
The 2024 Buckeye Show Circuit participants have been split in to divisions by age as of January 1, 2024.Â
Exhibitors collected points for placing and participating in all categories of the circuit and no points were dropped to calculate their overall exhibitor score. Ties in overall exhibitor placings will be broken by skill-a-thon tie-breakers.Â
Division 1: 3-5 years old
Division 2: 6-8 years old
Division 3: 9-11 years old
Division 4: 12-13 years old
Division 5: 14-15 years old
Division 6: 16 years oldÂ
Division 7: 17-21 years old​

Skill-a-thon:
Exhibitors took a 30 question test based on their knowledge for their age division. Divisions 2-7 also had the opportunity to answer 5 tie-breaker questions.Â
​Raw scores are out of 30, not including the amount correct for the tie-breaker.Â
​Scores are then weighted (out of 25) for the overall exhibitor calculation.
Judging contest:
Exhibitors had the opportunity to judge two classes (one market and one breeding) and answer questions on each class. Each class placing was out of 50 points and questions equalling 25 points for a class total of 75 points. The entire judging contest was out of 150 points.
​Scores are then weighted (out of 25) for the overall exhibitor calculation.

Showmanship:
Here are the standings from showmanship. This calculation takes the placing an exhibitor received in showmanship for each day. An exhibitor is not given extra points for being a division or showman of showmen winner.

EX: If an exhibitor received a first place each day in showmanship, their score would be 25.
Market/Breeding:
Here are the standings for market/breeding. This calculation takes the exhibitor's highest placing animal (one) of the day, regardless of market or breeding. Exhibitor's are not given extra points if their animal is named a breed champion or reserve or is in the top 5 of their respective division.
​Scores are then weighted (out of 25) for the overall exhibitor calculation.
EX: If an exhibitor received a first place in a class each day, their score would be 25.
Overall standings:
Here are the overall standings for each division. Each category is included in an exhibitor's overall score and no scores are dropped.
The weighted circuit scores are out of 100.
The green highlighted exhibitors are those who placed in the top 3 of the entire circuit.
EX: If an exhibitor placed first in showmanship each day, received a first in a market or breeding class each day, aced the skill-a-thon, and had a perfect score on the judging contest, they would have a weighted score of 100.
