Sponsorship Opportunities
Without your support, we would not be able to offer the quality of awards, prizes and opportunities for these livestock exhibitors each winter. As we continue to experience rising costs in operating these events for our youth, we are asking for your support to help keep entry costs down. For 2024, we will continue to elevate the quality of awards given to all exhibitors who are members of the Buckeye Show Circuit, all with the goal of not raising entry or membership fees. Each member of the circuit will receive a t-shirt as well as a prize for their participation in the circuit. We will also recognize the top individuals in their efforts within the following categories within their age division: market/breeding shows, showmanship, judging contest, skill-a-thon. Exhibitors will also be awarded for their overall scores within their age divisions as well as across the entire circuit.
Ring Sponsor
$750 (total for both weekends)
A ring sponsorship includes naming rights for one ring throughout the entire circuit. Your logo/name will be on all show documents. Your banner will be hung in your ring at a premium location for judges, exhibitors and family members to see and will be used to call exhibitors to their respective classes. In addition, your business will have its logo on the back of exhibitor tshirts, on the Facebook banner and will be featured on the front page of the website.
Gold Level
$500 and above
This level of sponsorship will have a banner made of their logo or name that will be hung in one of the two rings throughout the circuit. Gold level sponsors will have their logo included on the back of exhibitor tshirts and will be announced throughout the circuit. Gold level sponsors will also receive their logo on the Buckeye Show Circuit Facebook banner and be featured on the front page of the website.
Silver Level
$100-$499
Silver level sponsors will have their name included on the back of exhibitor tshirts and will be announced throughout the circuit. Silver level sponsors will also receive their name on the Buckeye Show Circuit Facebook banner and be featured on the “About Us” page of the website.
Bronze Level
$99 and under
Bronze level sponsors will have their name included on the back of exhibitor tshirts and will be announced throughout the circuit. Bronze level sponsors will also receive their name on the Buckeye Show Circuit Facebook banner and be featured on the “About Us” page of the website.
Breed Banner Sponsor
Breed champions/reserves will be awarded a banner at each show. Your name/logo will be included on all banners that are given to exhibitors across all 4 shows of the circuit. Your name will be announced regularly throughout the shows, included on the back of the exhibitor tshirts, promoted on the Buckeye Show Circuit Facebook page as well as the Buckeye Show Circuit website. For 2024, we are planning on needing 160 breed banners. This sponsorship can be covered by one or multiple individuals/groups.

Photography Sponsor

It is not new to see photographers in the ring at the Buckeye Show Circuit, however we would like to offer free digital downloads from our photographer, Halee Ann Photography, for all exhibitors. Your name will be announced regularly throughout the shows, included on the back of the exhibitor tshirts, promoted on the Buckeye Show Circuit as well as Halee Ann Photography’s Facebook pages as well as the Buckeye Show Circuit website. This sponsorship can be covered by one or multiple individuals/groups.
